This machine is AWESOME!! I can’t tell you enough about having the ability to fill the tub the whole way full of water. It could be my imagination, but I don’t think so, that the clothes are much cleaner. This machine has a huge tub and full agitator. There are multiple menu selections available to mix and match the cycle to your custom need. From watching the agitator move the clothes through the wash cycle, I have no doubt the clothes are much cleaner, like deep cleaned. I bought it online from Amazon, it was shipped to my home and even delivered a day ahead of time! My daughter and myself got the washer inside using a dolly. Once she left I finished the hookup to the waters for drainage system. It works perfectly. I had a bigger machine that broke down twice in 5 years, this time they couldn’t even get the parts to repair it. Repairman said if the could get the parts it would be $500 to repair it. Well they couldn’t get the parts. So much for such a high priced item. Never again will I pay that kind of money when I can get a machine I am much more satisfied with, and was less expensive—more in my price range now I’m retired.
