Evlution Nutrition ENGN Shred Pre-Workout

Better off just using coffee or a different Pre-W.O. After several weeks of use I saw zero results or benefits from this product. My weight stayed the same even though I was exercising and eating just as healthy if not more so than before using the product. I also saw no difference in having any added energy while working out using this product than on the days when I would drink coffee. Even the Beta-Alanine tingle that I experienced with other pre-workout powders prior to this product and after ending use of this product and switching to a new pre-workout was non-existent with ENGN Shred. I was very disappointed because of the fact that I would have a better workout on several days a week that I would skipped ENGN Shred in favor of 1 k-cup of coffee 30minutes before a workout (about 100mg? of caffeine compared to the 260mg of caffeine that ENGN Shred claims to contain). I even tried taking a week off from this product using coffee instead and had better workouts with the coffee than I had when I went back to using this product again. Taste wise it was mediocre at best (strong after taste) as I preferred the results I saw and the taste of C4 Ripped Icy Blue Razz (150mg of caffeine but still better results after cycling thru several containers over the past year or two). I had decided to switch things up and try this product as it seemed to be a fair value compared to other pre-workouts on the market. Meanwhile mix ability was an absolute fail and very frustrating when no matter how much water was added it would always just settle to the bottom (See pictures as this was after mixing the suggested 8oz of water 2-3 times and still having loads of powder left at the bottom). I would continuously stir it with 8oz of water as I drank it only to find tons of the powder sitting at the bottom of the cup. Then I would have to keep adding more and more water except no matter how much water I would add I'd still have the same problem. One time I put the powder in to a 20oz water bottle figuring that maybe it would mix better by shaking it yet still the same results. It got to the point that when using this product I would have to drink the powder with several cups of water and then just scoop the remaining powder out and eat it off the spoon and wash it down with water. After the results I saw from this product (Or lack thereof), I would suggest spending slightly more money and purchasing one of the many other pre-workout powders available on Amazon. Since then I have gone back to a different pre-workout along with rotating with coffee several times a week and am seeing benefits and results that I had been missing the days I had been using ENGN Shred. While everyone's experience is different, I find It extremely hard to recommend this product to anyone due to the poor taste, poor mix ability, and most importantly lack of energy and results when used with a proper diet and exercise regime.
