Parrot Bebop Quadcopter Drone w/Fisheye Lens

I received the drone promptly but was disappointed that neither of the batteries would charge. In looking around online I discovered this can be a problem with lithium/polymer batteries that have not been charged for a while. I contacted Tech Union as per the instructions packaged with the drone. I got a real person on the line who was very helpful. He said he would send out a new charger and batteries just in case it was one or the other. I received them yesterday and both charged up perfectly. I was very pleased that my Parrot Bebop walked through all the pre-flight procedures without a glitch and flies like a charm. I made at least a dozen flights the first time out with the last flight being at 25 meters. Today I plan in getting it much higher. "Return to Home" is awesome as is automatic take off and landing. I am amazed at how stable the drone is and how is just sits there hovering and waiting for your next command. I think Parrot has worked out all the early glitches with the firmware updates. I could not be happier with my Parrot Bebop drone and with Tech Union for their prompt and friendly correction of the problem with the batteries.
