Greenworks 40V 21" Cordless Lawn Mower

The mower was purchased at a great price and when the box was opened it was obviously brand new; even though purchased as a serious cosmetic blem. Everything was there and factory packaged (I think). It went downhill from there. The only thing it would do is beep. I opened the top cover to make sure all electrical connections were intact (as per a Utube video). The battery held a full charge. I contacted Greenworks for assistance; totally useless; though we went through the starting sequence.. Forget their customer service. Was never able to get it to run. Unfortunately, had to return it after I thought I scored a great deal. Amazon took it back without any problem and had it 'picked up' immediately. Was really hoping I had a good deal but it didn't work out.
