Small palette, not pigmented

I received the package three days earlier than expected but was not happy when received. I knew $28 wouldn’t get you much but I expected that if it was small it would at least be very pigmented...but it was not. On the bright side the packaging was pretty, the seller seemed very nice, and I received a free sample of Charlotte Tilbury perfume. Do not recommend buying.
