How not to take the fur off your dog.
By Posh808 on Reviewed in the United States on June 13, 2019
I have a heavy duty 3000psi power washer. It does what it is intended to do. Which is to take paint off of concrete. It will also destroy my outdoor wicker furniture and put a hole in my canvas tent! Not to mention take the fur off my poor shitzu. This WORX pressure washer won’t kill my dog and will clean my outdoor furniture without damaging it! To put it simply, this is a nylon brush. Like the brush you would use to clean dishes and your teeth. I’m NOT suggesting you clean your animals with this, but the lowest setting will give you enough pressure to do this. You can also water your plants with it. A POWER WASHER is a steel brush that will clean your grill and take the fur off your cute dog! Please be kind to you pet. Don’t wash your pet with a 3000psi power washer. This item is portable enough to bring in the house and clean the mold and grime in your shower. That’s a big deal for people in apartments or don’t want to haul around a heavy hose and a bulky power washer inside your home. However, that hard dirt and grime on your car (that you haven’t washed for over a month!) won’t come off with this thing. But if you clean your car regularly, this will do nicely! I love it. The Worx pressure washer works as it was intended.

I will be returning this-

Yeesh, the excitement for this product lasted about 10 minutes. I live in Michigan. During winters, even if ya take your car to a car wash before coming home, ya get the salt from the car wash to your home. In summer, I drive on a dirt road almost every weekday. As it is, I hand wash my car 2-3 times a week with a sponge and chamois. I take it to the quarter car wash a day or 2 per week. I have 2 vehicles, so while the times I wash it doesn't double, I guess I'm washing one of my vehicles one way or the other 5-6 times a week. So the idea of something like this was something I've thought about for a few years. I could use a pressure washer in summer, but in winter it's a no go. I figured this would be the ticket. I got it. Charged it. That all went well enough. Then came time to use it. It didn't clean my car. I knew I wasn't getting a pressure washer. I didn't expect this to be that bad though. I guess it's better than a garden hose, but not by much. It didn't occur to me to take pics before I did my first one. After seeing the job it did, I've included pics of it. It does look a bit better, but hardly like if I had taken it to the quarter wash (which btw/ is actually $2.00). I went over my first car several times. I knew the battery life was 20 minutes, so I didn't want to spend all day on it. My first car I finally realized this wasn't going to do the job. I got the brush attachment and used that for a bit. Flimsy. I figured at that time there was a good chance of returning it, and I didn't want to break it. Then I went and got my sponge. If I'm going to do that, I might as well just wash it like usual. The mini van I didn't complete. I guess in a nutshell, there's not enough battery life to do 2 cars. For that matter even 1 if I'd stuck with it. I didn't do the roof of the first car. It will get some of the dirt off, but nothing near what a quarter car wash will do. This won't come close to getting the ice out that builds up under your car in winter time. I can already see that. I also spent 10 minutes on my car where a quarter car wash rinses it in about 2 minutes. Then the last thing- if this was the only thing I'd keep it- but the clip the connects the hose to the bucket is flimsy too. That thing came off several times. The pics- first 2 are of my car after it was washed. Second 2 are of mini van before wash. Last 2 are of mini van after wash. A total of 20 minutes was spent spraying the 2 vehicles. 10 minutes on each. I did sponge the other side of the car, and that looks ok. I love the idea of this thing. It's just that this isn't a very good unit.
