When trying to connect the Samsung Galaxy S10 the only features that are usable through the Bluetooth is audio you do not get any phone functions whatsoever it does not say that in the product information section of the advertisement. It also is very confusing and you might think that it is XM ready Yes it is ready but you have to spend an additional $50 for more equipment to receive the satellite signal. For $600 for this unit and it doesn't even do phone functions through Bluetooth, this is substandard. You would think that spending this kind of money on a so-called high-end head unit it would be able to function a phone correctly. I can purchase a $20 Bluetooth adapter plug it into an auxiliary port on the factory radio and have every phone function available through the Bluetooth. Again this phone only does audio.I have contacted customer support 3 days ago still have not got a response as to how to remedy this problem if they don't give me a response back within another 2 or 3 days I'm going to return it and I will not be buying any more aquatic radios
