First day, but pleased so far

I just got this computer today, but I feel pleased so far. Pros: light weight and slim speakers are very LOUD keyboard is quiet keyboard is backlit All software seems to be running smooth and without lag. Perhaps a milasecond slower than my primary laptop but, really it is fine. All specs as advertised came with this laptop i5 etc. Cons: not much of any cord is not as long as I would like it to be, but easy fix, i can just get an extension cord keyboard while quiet, has a more stiffer touch than I am used to, but I suppose I can get used to it. There is no number pad on the righthand side of the keyboard. Only at the top row. The mouse pad is not super smooth a little slow but perhaps can be adjusted in settings I got this laptop as a lighter weight secondary laptop to my primary HEAVY one to put in my backpack for school. I did not purchase this with intentions of running games, movies, etc. I got this to web browse, and type papers, do homework etc.

I bought laptop for 1 month and 1 weeks ago. And my laptop just turn off automatically with burning smell all of sudden and wouldn't turn on at all. Wasn't battery problem cuz light are on. Might be motherbord shortage. So contact seller told me to fill out return form and said they would cover the shipping and repair for me. That took almost 1week!!Cuz they wouldn't get back to me sooner. So I waited and finally they are saying they can not cover for the shipping cuz it's been over 1 month. If they told me earlier I wouldn't have to waste my time waiting 1 week and just send it to them. I use my Laptop is for business and time really matters to me. I am not happy with their service at all!! and computer just burn in little over 1month. Not recommended!! 2weeks After all .. I finally got my laptop and they fixed issue but when I first started window. Now fan is making noise. I don't want to send it back since it's going to take at least 1 week. And I know I have to pay for another $26 for the shipping they don't cover the shipping when I send back.
