Love this coffeemaker

We bought the Ninja to replace our Keurig brewer when I realized that for 3 coffee drinkers we were spending nearly $100 per month on coffee. This machine does a great job making single cups, half pots, full pots - and best of all strong enough coffee for my iced coffee in summer. I wish the pot was a little larger but it takes very little time to make more. We cut our coffee cost down to less than $20 per month. This was a repurchase since I managed to kill off my previous one by failing to follow the instructions on cleaning - my fault not the product's.

We bought one at a brick and mortar store and loved it. When we could no longer find 1 at a store, we ordered here. We knew it was to be furbished but we naturally expected it to actually work. It did not. It wanted to be cleaned daily. The water reservoir was not marked with water levels as was our store bought 1. We called the company who told us it was a "known problem" . We just sent it back.
