Wow! This thing sucks and I mean that in a Great way. This Robotic vacuum is fantastic. I have tried three different vacuums and this is the first one that can work as well as an upright. Just got it today and it charges really fast, even faster than the manual said so. Don’t expect perfection the first time out because the robot has to learn your floor plan and it will mess robotic vacuum is fantastic. Connection to my wireless network was easy and I can operate the whole thing with my iPhone. I wasn’t able to connect to Alexa but that’s because I run two different networks in my house so it’s an easy fix. This vacuum is impressive, it has incredible suction power and worked its magic on my hardwood floors, when I got to corners that were full of dust the vacuum spins up its power automatically and I can hear it picking up things on the floor. When I got to carpets I didn’t have very high of a bar set but I was again impressed, it really pulled up the nap on the carpet and it looks as good as if I did it myself. I have only had a vacuum one day and the remote control seems a little cumbersome to use, the instruction manual could be better but I just did everything on my phone. Surprisingly I really only had to get the robot out of a jam twice. The large wheels can get over rugs easily, nothing got caught in the rollers, and it didn’t tangle up on any power cords that ran over that I forgot to move. I blocked off some rooms by closing the doors because I’m trying to get it to learn my floor plan so I can specify on the app on the phone where I want the vacuum to clean so I can have it go when I’m not home. As for the seller, again completely impressed. I thought it was going to arrive much later and only one day and a half after ordering it showed up at my doorstep. I would highly recommend this vacuum to anyone who has been skeptical about a robot vacuum or has been disappointed with other brands. Toss out that Roomba and get a Samsung.
