Nice size and seal well

Perfect size for my meal prepping. The seal really well; so much so that you need to go around each side to open them carefully. I broke one because I wasn't careful. They hold good sized portions.

I would not recommend this product for microwave use as the plastic is thin and becomes flexible as it heats up. My first experience with this, everything in the large compartment spilled out onto the floor as I was taking it out of the microwave and holding it mainly by the small compartment end. I do this with TV dinners all the time. But, they are generally thicker and use more structural “magic” with the shape of the compartments to achieve a sturdier design with little plastic.
