Corners not flush on right side

We ordered two of these mirrors, and one of them is fine, but the other has slight gaps on the top and bottom right corners. It Appears that the frame was not glued firmly in those locations. We have been waiting to install them until our contractor finished the renovation of the bathroom. Unfortunately because of a tropical storm that went through our area over the past several days we missed the deadline for return. It would be great if Amazon would be considerate and allow us to still return and replace the imperfect one.
