Have some patience with the correct set of pliers, and you'll be rewarded with a tight, secure fit. The soap dispenser works phenomenally. It only needs one pump to dispense enough dish soap, and it is easy to refill. The weight and quality of this faucet can not be overstated. The stainless steel finish is beautiful and land, and the 7.1 lb shipping weight is more than usual and reflected in the quality of the construction.
