SHAME ON YOU APPLE! DEFECTIVE AGAIN! PURCHASED 6 PAIRS!

UPDATE:MAY 4,2024- I WANT MY REFUND “APPLE” OR MULTIPLE REPLACEMENTS ASAP! WITHOUT ME HAVING TO LIFT A FINGER THIS TIME” OR MY NEXT LINE OF COMMUNICATION WILL BE WITH BBB & FRC and or any other entity. YOU HAVE MY INFO THROUGH AMAZON-NAME, ADDRESS-EMAIL PHONE. YOU HAVE MY PERMISSION TO RETREUVE IT AND CONTACT ME. THIS IS NOT AMAZON FAULT OR RESPONSIBILITY ITS YOURS APPLE! I am a grandma just so you know I’m not a child writing the truth about your product. I have tried multiple times to try to contact you through Amazon & your company outside of Amazon as well and I can’t reach you! Why is that?? Your “Apple for Gods sakes! This last pair I received on May 1,2024 came not only defective BUT this pair looks like they were used! I can tell because of the color is not a brand new white clean pair and this pair now has a “click in my ear every time I flinch! It’s goes silent can’t hear the other person every time I’m on the phone. I won’t waste my time or gas to drive to ups this time so I can get a refund it’s not worth it. But I cannot believe out of the 6 pairs I’ve purchased in last year that only 2 worked properly but still they all only lasted few months. I am a Disabled Senior in a fixed income and cannot afford to keep purchasing earphones like this. On top I have tried less expensive other brands on here and their cords arn't long enough or work right either always have to have my Bluetooth on. So how are we going to resolve this matter? I tried discussing with Amazon multiple times and last times my earphones just missed the 30 day return policy my last pair broke in 6 weeks. So I couldn’t return. I gotta be honest when your product works they are the best but they also should last longer then 6 weeks to 3 months considering there made by you Apple” I’m just lost for anymore words having to waste my time writing these reviews trying to get you to contact me or send me a year supply of earphones for gods sakes after all my stress, time and frustration! Or are you so rich you just feel like you can ignore some of your consumers complaints?? And down right don’t care. I’m done ✅ I hope the other 29K * and future ones see my review and support this GRANDMA and stop buying your product and purchase another brand. I imagine Amazon won’t even post my reviews now or delete them but that’s ok there’s another company called YELP I will post in there because I’m an “Elite member and I’ll find other avenues as well. I tried reaching out to you with no luck multiple times. Makes me think now “your protected under some US government bs. Because your “Apple”. Update:4/24/2024 my last pair has defected in less then 45 days, what am I goin to do.. I’m a senior on fixed income I can’t keep buying a new pair. To Apple plz contact me or send me out a few new pairs please this is not good customer service or care for your products and your rich there’s no excuse m. “Hassle getting a replacement or refund on defective earbuds. I have purchased these iPhone earbuds 5 times from Amazon because they work well for me.But ☝️My last purchase was Feb 14,2023 and they are coming apart again at the end of the wire that connects into my iPhone. I have tried without any success to contact Apple directly because I feel after being a repeated customer 3 times already that there has to be a warranty on these. I am a disabled senior Grandma on fixed income that cannot keep paying for earbuds every 6 months because it seems that’s about all they last. So I have spoken to Amazon customer service 3 times already stating “I don’t want a refund I would like a new pair mailed to me without having to go return the faulty pair period. Back to I am a disabled grandma) The first Amazon rep Sarah I spoke to on October 4,2023 about this situation she stated “she could only refund the item to my Amazon account plus she promised me a $5.00 credit as well for being loyal prime member and for any inconvenience this has caused for me” I said great that’s fine I’ll just use the refund to re order a pair of my favorite iPhone earbuds” Sarah stated my $25.00 credit would post to my gift card balance in 2-3 hours” that was 2 days ago. She did not keep her word. So today I called Amazon again for last time I don’t have the stress levels to handle this anymore and this rep today said total opposite of what I was promised 2 days ago “ Today she (amazon rep) would process a refund but not until I go to ups and drop off the defective item first”🤨 hard to do with no car & disabled. And I shouldn’t have to be ask to do that under these circumstances of purchasing the earbuds 3 times already!! She ask “is that ok?” I said “NO that’s not ok forget it I will purchase a different brand at later date when my finances allow.” So do yourself a favor buy another brand not these to save yourself the headache in 6 months to have to buy another pair or try and get a refund. But with the cost of gas to go return item makes it not even worth the hassle. I am so disappointed & upset. Us grandma’s should get everything for free in my personal opinion because we have lived on this planet over half a century, raised our adult kids half our lives and worked as well and “WE have made our coffee”. Thx for the headache and wasting my time whom ever is responsible selling this item to Apple or Amazon you should be ashamed for not satisfying a loyal customer. Have a great day!
