Most powerful hands down, As powerful as a conventional vacuum
By Jwalter on Reviewed in the United States on May 1, 2019
I have both the Powerbot 9350 and a 1 year old Roomba . Its shedding season and I was drowning in dog hair from my two giant dogs, so I needed to step up to something more powerful and wouldn't get as clogged as easily. The Samsung 9350 is hands down more powerful and has a collection tray 3X the size. The downside is that its necessarily larger and wont' fit under all the furniture the Roomba will. The Roomba is about 3 1/4" tall and the Samsung is 5" tall, but the Samsung motor is much larger so that shouldn't surprise anybody. I cannot get the Samsung's room mapping program to work so I cannot confine it to a single room. (maybe somebody here can tell me what I'm doing wrong) . The Roomba simply uses electric "eyes" to act as an invisible barrier. Overall, I love it and it handles all the hair from my two large dogs with ease. Im so happy I've bought a 2nd one. Im still going to use the Roomba since it does a good job with cleaning under the coffee table and couches. Pros: Much more powerful than a Roomba Collection tray 3x the size Does not clog even with massive amounts of doghair Cons: Expensive Digital mapping feature does not seem to be able to restrict it to a single room Wont fit under low couches (Duh!, the motor is larger)

Will be broken more than it works
By Jess on Reviewed in the United States on March 10, 2020
I purchased this powerbot about a year and a half ago. It worked great for a month or so. Then it started having issues where it would circle and go back to the charging station without cleaning the whole house. We tried reprogramming it to learn our home but it didn't help. We tried other things but it just never consistently cleaned the entire floor. Then it just completely stopped working. It would get stuck on the tiny lip of the area rug and couldn't get on it from the hard floor. It did this for a while until I got so frustrated I tossed it in a closet and stopped trying. Anyway, things got less busy in life and we tried again. We had already spent quite a bit for a vacuum that barely worked. It seemed a teeny tiny little piece of plastic in the wheel case was broken so one of the wheels wasn't working properly. We ordered a whole new wheel, of course no warranty coverage. We replaced the wheel which we had to pay for, then it had error c 13 listed on the display. Everywhere I looked, there is no code c 13 listed, not in the manual or other troubleshooting sites. I contacted customer service and they annoyingly asked me to try turning off and back on, as if I am a moron and hadn't already tried that. They did eventually say it is a communication error but that a tech needs to fix it. They will not cover anything, were no help, and told me I had to contact a local technician to have it repaired. Overall, the vacuum worked great for about 60 days. After that, it has been a nightmare piece of crap. I really want to just smash it with a bat, Office Space style. Fortunately for the vacuum, I can't quite bring myself to give up on all that money yet.
