Very happy with this treadmill

I have been using this treadmill for the last couple of weeks. Amazon gave me a coupon for a free install which was awesome. The guy came and it took him a solid 3 hours to put this together. There was a couple times he needed my help to hold something, which was easy. The sale price I paid for this was very comparable to many stores in my area, but they did not offer installation. There were so many pieces I would never want to attempt this on my own. That free install was the main reason I bought it on Amazon. The treadmill works great! It shows time elapsed and even the seconds which someone had written a review saying it didn't so that is not correct. The only thing that is missing from the display is your pace. This is not a deal breaker for me because I have a garmin watch I use which is also why I have not used the chest heart rate device that came with it yet. The treadmill moves easily with speed and incline. I love the tablet holder which I usually put my phone on to watch Netflix. It tilts so it won't fall off. The fans work well, better than the ones at my gym, but I still run a big box fan to help cool me off. The speakers don't seem to work well for t.v. shows from my phone so I just use my bluetooth headphones. Music may be different, I don't know. The treadmill is fairly quiet but you can definitely hear someone's feet hitting from another room. I love the 15% incline. I am very happy with this purchase. This treadmill has all the things I wanted and seems to be very close to ones I have used at the gym. Everything works just as it should and I have had no issues and no complaints about anything. I have not signed up for the ifit, too expensive.

Always jump off my circuit breaker

I suppose this new tread mill will work at least 4 or 5 years. but it always jump of my circuit breaker after one year I used it daily and I tried all my home 5 circuits without GFCI or AFCI, it did the same. and also I connected to my neighbor's circuit by extension cord, the machine did the same thing. I called the customer service, first they sent me a control board for replacement. unfortunately the machine did the same after the control board replacement. and then I called the customer service again. one person said it is my circuit problem and asked me consult an electrical profession to correct my home circuit first. I told them my home is a newly built home on 2016 and the machine has been already worked good for one year. but the man (Paige) insisted on my fixing circuit first. luckily, I called them again and get another nice representative person. She was nice and send me an app on my phone ("Visual Support") to show her problem on line. After she saw the light flashing style on the control board, she immediately told me it was a drive motor problem and She sent me a driver motor. I received the motor in a week and replaced the driver motor, everything works fine now. and Then I sent my appreciation back to them. unfortunately, the stuck man Paige responded me: you must correct your circuit to following the device's SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENT first before your future call. I told him IT IS APPROVED that the problem came from the drive motor and why you still complained my electric circuit problem. That is very frustration to work with this guy. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am sorry about your experiences thus far, and again, I am glad your machine is working. At this point we do hope the machine continues to work, but we do need to remind you that we do not have techs that support or troubleshoot your homes electrical circuits so if there is a continuation of this issue before we will be able to send another service, you will need to contact an electrician.
