Good Glasses for Screens
By Envil Valenzuela on Reviewed in the United States on March 3, 2025
The glasses are really easy to use. They work perfectly fine and help you with eye soreness during hours of working with screens. They have not get scratched and they’ve fallen three times from my table. They have no magnification only a change of color to your eyes so they won’t affect your eyesight. The case is also really nice.

Good but, without options, not for me.
By James on Reviewed in the United States on September 14, 2017
Let me start by describing the area I work in every day: I work in a lab. White walls and floor and hundreds of fluorescent bulbs create for a very harsh bright work area. To make matters worse I spend all day reading manuals from a computer screen. After about a year of working there I started to notice that by the end of the day my eyes felt like sand paper. The burning just continued getting worse and worse so I made an appointment with an optometrist. After describing my work area the optometrist told me to take more breaks and fund an area to rest my eyes for a while. Great right? Well my boss wasn't a fan of this answer. She also prescribed me eye drops which would help for a few minutes but then make my eyes hurt even worse. Fed up I decided to suck it up. (As per my bosses recommendation) Fast forward about a year; I Google my problem and stumble in to computer eye strain. The symptoms seemed to match pretty closely to what I was experiencing. A quick Amazon search and I had these on the way! Upon initial inspection I thought the frames felt a tad cheap feeling. Not like costume glasses cheap, but also not custom frames quality. A few hours after getting them I got called into work for a 14 hour shift. Great time to test them out! I threw them on and noticed that they were a but too wide for my face. I wore them anyway. After my shift my eyes felt fine! I'm cured! I continue to wear them to this point. So why 3 stars you ask? Well first are the things I mentioned, the just okay quality and the size. I also am not allowed to wear them in uniform due to the red on the arms. I wish all black was an option. (Any color options to be honest) Lastly, when the lenses catch a lot of blue light they can turn your vision bright blue momentarily making it hard to see. They also reflect blue from behind you into your eyes. I decided to look into custom frames so I could find the right size and color for me. I also figured custom frames would be higher quality. I assumed these would cost more but I see myself wearing them every day for... well forever so is worth it. I built a pair I liked on a website and the total came out to be... drumroll ... $21. I will see how they fit when they get here, but I think I will be returning these guys. Still they showed me how much better my eyes can feel and for that I say thank you Spectrum!
