Linksys EA7300 Linksys EA7300 Max Stream AC1750 Black

When I first got this router, everything was working just as expected. Having owned a linksys router before, older model, I was happy with this company and their products. Almost two years later, I just placed an order for a different router brand because it is just beyond unacceptable how many issues I am having with the router. Starting with blocked pages. At first I wasn’t sure why computers at home weren’t accessing certain websites. At some point I decided to disconnect my phone from the wifi network and discovered I was able to access those pages. Using my phone’s Hotspot, allowed my computers to connect to those same websites I couldn’t via wifi. Restarting the router didn’t fix anything. I had to hard rest the router and reconfigure it to fix the problem. Second problem is, phones, tablets and computers keep “forgetting” the wifi connections. At first I thought it was my phone and tablet, but the same issue is happening with more devices now. Re-entering the password will reconnect all my devices. Third problem, my smart TVs just won’t connect to the router unless I restart the router. This is an every night problem we have. At this point, and while I understand this might be an isolated issue with this specific unit, I will try another brand, and hope I don’t have to deal with this issues anymore. Linksys is not cheap, especially this model, so I don’t accept that after the warranty is over and with less than 2 years of use the router is giving more issues than working as it is supposed to.
