Women's Pascal with Zip Combat Boot (Open Box)

I've had these boots for just under two months and I wear them to work almost every day. I like the way they look and they work well for me as work shoes. They are not the most comfortable shoes I have ever had, but they didn't take long to break in. My biggest issue is how quickly they have become scuffed up from wearing them everyday and that the zipper broke on one of them a few days ago. The scuffing is something I can get over, but I've now lost all functionality of the zipper on one of my boots. I bought these because I wanted to be able to zip them on and off and not have to worry about lacing up my boots every day. I was just normally zipping my boot back up and the zipper snapped off of it and now I have to unlace and lace it every time I want to wear it. I might try to figure out how to add a new zipper to it, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to. I guess my word of caution is just to be careful when you're zipping them. I'm also frustrated because I have searched all over the listing to find a way to contact the seller but I can't find anything, which is why I'm writing this review.
