Best Hand warmer ever. Keep warm in your pocket all day, as long as you keep in pocket or hands. Great for everyday cold days. Mine lasts early morning thru to bed time as long as you knead them every once in a while. Cannot be without them in winter time. Use mine for bowling as well. Keeps hands warm so not dropping ball.
