Works good, what can I say? Company stands behind it too.

It does exactly what it says, it's a an extension cord in a retracting wheel housing. Does that job nice and cleanly. Seems sturdy and the power cable is thick and well insulated. Extra bonus is the company stands behind the product, I had a problem and they offered to send me a replacement without issue. That is a relief these days. Would buy again definitely.

Housing too small

I've had success with this brand in the past but this particular unit does not retract all the way unless you do it inch by inch ensuring that the cord inside the housing is perfectly aligned. If the housing had been just a bit larger, it wouldn't be an issue. Other than that, it works as expected...but, not being able to have the cord retract even close to all the way is a problem.
