OOFOS Unisex Original Sport Flip Flop

I love the feel if my Oofo. This purchase is my third pair of Oofos. The only reason that I did not rate this flip flop at a 5-star is because the color on the top strapped portion of the flip flop is very pretty when brand new, but develops stress cracks after only about 5 wearing. It appears as though the top, colorful straps are not colored throughout the strap. Instead it looks as if a standard black strap is dipped in a heavy rubberized paint that looks very nice when new, but cracks over a short time. This does not stop me from wearing them as everyday, kick-around flip flops, but I would prefer to wear the, as part of my nicer outfits. However the cracks become so sever on the sandal that I end up wearing other, less comfortable sandals for dress. It is a shame, because I wear my Oofos almost everyday all day. My local flip flop shop no longer carries this bra and so I have been ordering them directly through a Oofos and/or Amazon. I will probably try another brand from my local retailer, because it carries several brands that have arch support. I also am a believer in supporting local retail if that store has a product that works for me.
