Shipped quickly, works great to keep espressso machine clean. I also used it on my coffee mug and it cleaned it up (ember mug that I had a tough time cleaning with other methods)

To be honest, when I worked for Ecolab I had access to a product that I liked much better. I got it at the employee store but after changing jobs I couldn't find it anywhere except institutional supply houses. So it doesn't seem to be available in home use quantities. Anyway, although it's not as good, it can get the job done provided the water is hot enough. By that I mean you can't just use tap-hot (130F). It really needs to be much nearer to boiling (180+) hot. Dissatisfied as I am, I have not found anything better for home use and so this IS what I'm using.
