Bissell Vac/Steam Mop

Why didn't I buy one sooner? This is a great product. I have two cats and a large hairy dog and I have owned many floor cleaning products. This is my first floor steamer and how did I live before? I have been doing my hard floors with a mop bucket and mop with a swifter for the quick in between stuff. The Bissell Symphony made me realize how much of a pain my old trusty mop bucket was. The Bissell Symphony is light weight and easy to use. I love the vacuum function. I vacuum before using the steamer, but sometimes the steamer breaks up stuff an you get little bits of hard stuff on the floor. With the old mop and bucket I would have to vacuum again after moping, now I just quick hit the vacuum button and little bits are gone! I also bought some odor eliminating scent disks and they are amazing. My floor look cleaner than ever and my whole house smells so good after using the steamer with the scent disks. This is also my first time buying a refurbished item from Amazon and I wasn't disappointed. I was surprised it came in a nice box and had a new pad in the box. The machine was clean and worked great right out of the box. The instructions that came with were easy to understand. Very happy with my purchase.
