Best Ever! Amazing Customer Service
By james on Reviewed in the United States on August 6, 2018
Overall extremely happy with this purchase. This water bottle is fantastic. Worth the price! If you are like me and love to put lemons in your water but hate the seeds going into your mouth this water bottle is perfect for you. It has a little filter so it keeps all the seeds and fruit from blocking the spout. It also has a little hole to allow air flow so the water comes out nicely. Makes it very easy to gulp down water very quickly.Best of all the company's customer service is amazing. Even though they are in Europe I received very quick responses. Thank you Carolin.I've had the bottle for about 6 months and it still looks brand new. The mouth of the bottle is large enough to put under a fridge ice machine for easy filling. Also it is the perfect size to fit in car cup and workout machine cup holders. The strap makes it easy to carry and is made of soft but strong fabric.

Well NOT SO ...Near Perfect... as it seemed :(

UPDATE 28 AUG 2020----LEAKING ISSUE: STILL A PROBLEM!I have used this water bottle for nearly a year and IT DID NOT STOP LEAKING!!! The silicone seal on both the air hole and the drinking tube, leak with nearly every use. I thought it was a 'dry seal' issue. Wetting before shutting, seems to work roughly 2 out of 5 times, but eventually leaks again within 10 minutes. And then after multiple times drying and shutting - the leak seems to stop. However, at least 3 out of 10 times it will leak again before the bottle is half-empty.MOLD MAGNET!I had thought the mold issue was done away with. THAT TOO is not the case. Even when I soak the inside in bleach-water, within a couple of days, despite being washed out with soap and hot water, mold is once again growing. The inside surface of the bottle is like a growing media for mold.BOTTOM LINE: I would NEVER buy this bottle or any bottle from 720 DGREE EVER again. I certainly WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT.I changed my rating to 2 STARS only because .. it IS a 30 oz. Bottle and the size of the barrel is good for grasping and the drinking flow is excellent.** IF ** the bottle did not leak and didn't attract mold, it would be a great purchase. But THIS is NOT the case!!Disappointed - VERY DISAPPOINTED - in Hoosierland! : (((((------I was looking for two major things in this bottle:1) 30 oz. volume and2) one that would not grow mold.-- Disregard all comments below. This bottle is NOT worth the purchase price!!! ---Well it's nearly perfect. The 30+ oz. volume is perfect for a long walk of 6-8 miles and is easy to handle. I purchase an AiRunTech Upgraded No Bounce Hydration Belt to hold this water bottle and it fits just fine! Big PLUS +++!It WILL grow mold, but you really have to neglect cleaning it and leave some form of media for the mold to grow on. If you wash it and dry it out regularly, you will NOT have a mold issue. The same for the sieve and the cap. The sieve can be a good breeding ground for mold - so make sure you clear it with a good brushing inside and out of the grid holes!! Soaking both jar, lid and sieve in a 30:1 ratio of chlorine bleach will keep the mold from getting a foothold at all, in hot weather. Cooler climate should be even less a problem.I liked the idea of the sieve - at first: putting in chunks of fruit to 'color the taste' of regular water. But in the end, this was where I had the greatest mold problem. So, when I went back to the 60:1 ration of filtered water to 100% fruit juice, and regular rinsing, I've had NO mold problem. One note: When I used sliced lemons, I did NOT have a mold problem, either. The one major problem - that seems to have 'fixed itself' - was leaking!I really liked the soft silicone plugs that are used in the cap to seal the drinking spout and the air spout. When I first saw them I thought, "WOW, no more leaking!" But I was soon dismayed. For every time the bottle was turned upside down, the lid would begin to fill with fluid! ARRGGGHHH! I thought maybe if I replaced these plugs, with the alternate set, the leaking would stop. Well, it didn't. I was very disappointed..!!! I put the original plugs back in .. after drying them thoroughly. I also did NOT push them down HARD to set them. I just put them in and let them be. Closed the lid and .. VOILA! .. no more leak. So! Maybe you CAN seat them too much. I use the sieve even when there is no fruit in the bottle. Thus, with the mold at bay, the leak stopped, and it fitting the hydration belt ... the "uberBottle" appears to be near perfect.
