I received this almost a week ago. I’m happy with it as I’ve already felt an improvement with my plantar fasciitis pain. I agree with the reviewer who said it can be a little tough on your ankles. I have an ankle that bothers be sometimes and it can agrivate it a little, however it doesn’t last and I think it the long run it’s breaking up the scar tissue in my ankle. Sometimes I will ice my ankle after the massage. I also agree with the reviewer who said that they wish it was a little more firm in the feet. It feels good but could be a bit firmer on the feet. Overall I still gave it 5 stars because I do think it’s worth it and it’s helped my plantar fasciitis significantly even in a short time.

It does massage your feet and calves as it indicates. My experience was that it felt good while massaging, but it was not a lasting difference for me. When I got out of bed the following day, my feet felt tight, but after several steps, they loosened up. The pain on the following day was a different type pain than I original purchased this product for. This was my experience, so I returned it after using it about 15 times and within the 30 day period after receiving the product. I was surprised to find that there was an $18 to $24 return fee ( depending on the return option chosen) associated with the return. Just something to be aware of if you are contemplating purchasing this item.
