We have used this type of receipt printer for years at a park district fitness center and have had no issues with them. Easy to use and easy to change the paper roll.

Disappointed

I bought this printer for our small business. According to the manufacturer, the only way we could get this printer to work would be to plug it directly into our router, which was on a different level and not an option for our needs. We were not able to use it so we packaged it up and sent it back in the original box. It was never used, however we only received half of our money back. We were charged a $150 “restocking fee” which I feel is extremely excessive! Do not buy this printer unless you’re confident there will be no issues. Extremely disappointed!
