Great little worker

Package arrived on time, actually it came early. The item was properly packaged with no issues/damage noted upon opening the box. The laptop is basically "plug & play". A windows update needed to be done, but it doesn't take that long. This laptop is the right size for me. The 11 inch screen isn't big & bulky & easily read. The keyboard has no problems, no missing keys and they all work. Has all the "required ports" that I need, although I now wish I had gotten one with a drive, but i'll live. It switches into tablet mode easily & with no problems noted, as some people have written. You can change the setting into "tablet mode" bend the screen back and you're done!! The keyboard isn't back lit at all, so if that's a deal breaker for you, then this isn't the device for you. Overall this is a good quality product for the price you pay. It's fast enough for me and the memory is easily expandable should I need to do that. Enjoy!!

Lemon. Piece of junk. Waste of money. Lenovo has terrible customer service.

I bought the Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 11E (3rd Gen) 11.6" Touchscreen Convertible Ultrabook on July 10, 2017. It is now January 2, 2018 and my sound has gone out for the 4th time on my brand-new computer. A local authorized Lenovo technician replaced the motherboard once, and Lenovo the motherboard once as well. Lenovo wants me to send it to them… again… which means I have to rely on my six-year-old, slow, out of date computer. It's all I have. How many times must I send this lemon of a computer back to Lenovo before somebody replaces it? When my warranty runs out after 12 months, what then? Amazon has offered to refund $270 at of the original $333 I paid for this brand-new computer. I am a quadriplegic, and I have to pay someone to help me package this piece of junk and send it back to Lenovo every time the sound goes out. It is unbelievable. I either want a different computer or a full refund. I advise anyone reading this to stay as far away from ANY Lenovo product EVER! Their customer service is complete crap.Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 11E (3rd Gen) 11.6" Touchscreen Convertible Ultrabook
