it looks more like 3/4 of teaspoon

Bought 500 packets, which were just loose in the shipping box (didn't count them, I probably should have weighed the box to be sure it was even close). No info on product (country of origin, serving size, calories) on box or on packets. Going up on the website it says that each packet is 2.8g and 11 calories - compared to Sugar In The Raw, which is 5g and 16 calories. Both this sugar and Sugar In The Raw claim to be one teaspoon each - this sugar is not actually a teaspoon, it looks more like 3/4 of teaspoon, while the SITR is actually a teaspoon. Both of them are white sugar that have been recoated with something (likely molasses) to give them the brown color (put them on a plate, add a little water and the "brown" washes off both). What is the takeaway from all this pickiness here? Not much, it just annoyed me to get a product with no information at all. I like the slight taste the molasses imparts to "raw" sugar. This order was $20 for 500, the SITR is $15 for 500, when these run out (which, at 2 cups of coffee a day x 2 people is several months down the road) I will probably go back to SITR.
