Respironics DreamWear Nasal Cushion

Not long ago, your Dreamwear/ Respironics products were more rigid with greater thickness and reliability. The increased rigidity made the products more sustainable, which resulted in better quality sleep. Now this same products have less rigidity and thickness, and constantly fails because of increase flexibility, which ultimately causes the nasal attachment to fold between the nose and top lip. When the nasal piece folds, the product makes a whistling sound that ultimately results in waking me and my spouse up. The same applies to the Dreamwear nasal mask frame. I can't help but think these compromises in quality and efficiency are a matter of increased profits at the expense of your consumers health, quality of rest, and trust. These are my personal opinions that are based on my own experiences as a sleep apnea patient and consumer.
