I purchased this after buying a cheaper one from China. I should have remembered that you get what you pay for. I returned the one made in China and purchased the Sig site. Now I have a sharp image out to the sight's viewing radius. It turns itself on when the rifle to which it is attached is moved and turns off when no motion is detected ( in the gun safe). Nice red dot and clear viewing radius out to the edge of the lens. I would have preferred it have a green dot option also but it is a nice sight. I can confirm it has excellent quality, clarity. brightness, and excellent quality.
