A bit too hard and too wide in diameter for me but, it's ok.

Find it harder and wider in diameter than I would have liked. It doesn't compare to the foam rollers I've used previously at the gym, but it is good enough that I've decided to hang on to it for now. I just can't say that I love it. I will most likely look for a replacement in the near future. **Update** I have sense ordered a foam roller by Nordic Lifting and am much happier with that product.
