Want something to welcome guests into your home this Halloween season? If so, then a good option is the DII Happy Halloween Decoration Banner. It spells out the two words Happy Halloween in reasonably eye- catching fashion, letting everyone know that the spirit of Halloween is in high gear. We often have Halloween parties at our house so when I learned about this banner, I decided it would be a nice addition to the décor. The banner is about 9.5 feet wide so it can stretch across a fairly large space and should work well for most entry ways, tables, walls, etc. It is very light weight and easy to hang and is ready to use out of the package. As for the design, it’s decent enough. The letters are each on their own, pennant- shaped space, with alternating pegboard background and diagonal stripe background. The letters are orange in color and the combination of background and orange and black gives the banner a decent amount of eye appeal. I say that because I can think of different designs that would have been more apt to jump out at you and thus would have been a little more Halloween- like. But these are good enough to pass. My main issue with this Happy Halloween banner is the size of the letters. It seemed like they would be a little larger when I ordered the item, but the letters are, in fact, only about 6 inches tall. This isn’t much and they can easily get lost if the banner isn’t placed right. We were going to place this on a table, but the small letters and lack of contrast with the table cloth convinced us that using it as a welcome banner, in our home entry way, is the best way to go. Halloween is all about decorations, celebrations, trick or treating, and the like. If you have a party in the making this Halloween season and need something to welcome guests, then this banner could be just what you’re looking for. The small size of the letters is cause for some concern, but the banner is still sufficient overall and should be good enough for most needs.

Fun non-scary, Pinterest-worthy banner. It says happy halloween on it. The string itself is about 12' long, but can be shorter if you want since the flags move around so you can choose your own spacing. The burlap version of this is a bit more traditional halloween, but this one fits with our style a bit more.

This is an adorable banner for Halloween. I hung it up in my cubicle at work, and it fit perfectly across the cube wall. There is a ton of string leftover on either side, so it should be easy to hang in a multitude of spaces. The banner looks exactly as pictured, although the glitter gets everywhere. Admittedly the directions say to sponge it off if you have to, and I should have. Instead, a shower of glitter rained down over my papers. Time to get festive, coworkers! The construction quality is great-paper is thick and sturdy, and the letters look very high quality. It's easy to adjust the letters as well, if you need more string on either side or want a space in between words. I've recieved many compliments on this banner, and I will look into getting more holiday banners from DII.

My son has been bothering me since October 1st, asking me repeatedly when we will decorate for Halloween. The problem is, I am not a big holiday decorator. I do not enjoy clutter and then the storage of the holiday crap. So this banner is the perfect solution! When those other moms come over and expect my house to be jolly with holiday cheer, I can proudly point toward my (very) glitter-covered sparkly banner. All positioned along an orange ribbon, the letter flags slide easily to adjust to the space. Mine is just under my mantle, so we squished the letters tight together. There is at least another 3 1/2 feet of ribbon if we needed to fill a longer space. The ribbon comes with the ends already tied for super quick hanging. It is light enough that I used thumbtacks to hold into place. The best part? The letters stack on top of one another for easy, quick and compact storage! Freezer bag, here we come!
