PANDORA Jewelry Moments Sparkling Heart Clasp Snake Chain (Open Box)

I purchase this bracelet as a gift a month or so before her birthday. When I gave it to her and put it on noticed it was very hard to close the clasp on her wrist. Assumed it would become easier over time. Embarrassed to tell after wearing the bracelet only a few times the clasp broke. The return window is now closed and there I no way to contact this seller. Pandora is over priced, poor quality jewelry. I only purchased along with charms because it’s what she wanted. Going into the Pandora store to replace the bracelet I noticed the quality is better at the store. I’m not sure if this is even the same “brand” I will never purchase from this seller again.
