I wish I could give zero stars. The needle broke after one use, into our couch. Contacted SELLER customer service and they essentially said it wasn’t their problem and that this is “the first time it’s ever happened”. Hard to believe when there’s another review stating that theirs broke after one use also. EDIT: Contacted C.S. Osborne & Co directly and they were incredibly helpful and sent us a replacement.
