This was a Christmas gift for my wife and she absolutely loves it. It runs smooth and quiet and does a great job as you would expect a professional style appliance to do. Now I have to worry about keeping off the extra pounds from all the goodies she will be whipping up!

The head does not tilt up so you have to lower the bowl to add ingredients. The beater does not touch the bottom of bowl so you have to constantly stir it.
