Great value, very effective

All right. No one likes to talk about this sort of thing, but let's face it: It's a part of life we can't ignore or prevent. We all use the loo. Many of us use paper products after doing so, and quite a few of us worry about whether or not we're really clean (hands and below) when done. The answer? For those that haven't tried a bidet, please do. Don't just try it only once and give up, either. Like anything else, it takes a bit of adjustment. This is especially so when you're spritzed by cold water over your middle region. First, I have to note that the product I received appears to be the newer Amazon-exclusive version of this product (Oasis OA-1000). For all purposes concerned, it's the same manufacturer, same brass fittings and plastic casing, and same feature set. Installation: I'm not a plumber. I haven't replaced toilets or installed fixtures, so I was apprehensive going into this. However, with a bit of planning and a bit of knowledge going into this, it proved pretty easy to do. Hint: Use plumber's thread seal tape (Teflon tape) and firmly but carefully hand-tighten. Don't torque down the connections with a wrench or you'll strip the likely plastic parts of the toilet to which you're attaching it. That done, I turned on the water slowly and didn't open the line completely when I turned everything back on. Worked like a charm. No leaks! The toilet takes a little longer to fill, but it's quieter in doing so, too. I'd still call that a win. Usage: You'll have to shift around a bit at first until you find the "sweet spot" for cleaning. However, it certainly does its job. Like many reviews state, it can get quite strong when you turn it all the way on. This is especially so if you have high water pressure. Be mindful of this when you use it, and be ready to make adjustments to the water flow if it's all too strong. Durability: I've had it installed for a few days now. The construction looks pretty solid, but only time will tell for sure.

Not for Toto Toilet Seat
By Beach Wife on Reviewed in the United States on September 28, 2021
The Biobidet A3 was a snap to install for the water line hookups. However, we spent several hours trying to get the seat to lie flat. We have a two piece Toto toilet that's fairly new. We couldn't figure out how to insert the white washers as shown and described in the instructions so we left them out. The seat ended up being way too high and the supplied bumpers didn't come close to closing the big gap. We tried making the bumpers higher to get some support for the seat but the bumpers came loose and the seat looked ridiculously high. We emailed Biobidet and they were excellent in helping us. First, they advised to use the white washers. We struggled to get them in place as shown in the directions but, when the bolts were screwed down, the washers kicked out. Finally, we realized that the Toto toilet seat just wasn't made to accommodate the washers as shown in the instructions. We then placed the washers to the side of the bolts. We're not sure they will hold but they did the trick. Now, the seat closes with just a small gap which the bumpers can bridge to support the weight of a seated person. Biobidet says that they think the Toto seat is the problem because the inside of the seat curves downward into the toilet bowl. They think that if I had a flat seat, there wouldn't be an installation problem. I'm not sure how the curvature of the seat is the problem but they probably know best. The bidet works very well. We have electric bidets in two other bathrooms and the amount of water coming out of the A3, on a low setting, is at least 3 times as much. It was difficult to rate the A3 based on the installation problems we had and I think they should advise against using it for a Toto toilet. I will attach two photos. One photo is of the closed seat without the washers and using built-up bumpers and the other photo is after the washers were put in place.
