These are perfect sleep shorts if you're looking for something to keep your thighs from touching/sweating at night. They're too thin to wear outdoors because they're semi-see through. They're underwear. Would be great to do exercises in at home, though. I'm a size 8 and need the large, so keep that in mind if you don't want them digging into you. 4 stars only because they NEVER have the large in stock in anything but white, and they're not THAT soft. They're great for the price. Just do it.

This product is alright, nothing fancy. No tummy support and it's completely sheer. The quality of the product isn't that great either, but I guess you get what you pay for.
