Style-changing for me... oh, and nice cookware too!
By Reviewer on Reviewed in the United States on April 9, 2018
I bought this set recently when I was moving. Previously I never had such a full set of kitchenware, it just never happened. I had a set of pots, a set of pans and some standalone ones (all mismatching of course... classic). So, when it came to an online purchase, while having a more traditional, silver or black set opened in the next tab, ready to buy, I decided to check out this one (I admit, because of the price, though they looked attractive anyway). Having read the description, I was pretty much satisfied and decided to overhaul the style of the kitchen I had in mind, to make it more colourful. In the end, it affected all rooms... but I'm pretty happy with new colors in my life. But I digress. When I received the set, I carefully checked every pan, every lid and every pot - partly because I always do and partly because this was my first package related to the moving. Hands down, these were flawless. I have not found any scratches on them, moreover, I anticipated the coating to be on a cheaper side - you know, when it looks nice in the picture, but turnes out really disappointing - but I was pretty much impressed! It is smooth and nice to touch, and the color is really deep and does not look cheap in the slightest. By now, I have cooked with every item from this set except for the purple pot. I followed the instruction precisely to the letter, did the first-time seasoning, hand-wash only, use only plastic utensils. And these did not let me down. I have not seen any discoloration or damage to the bottom (I use them on a ceramic cooktop). Most importantly, this cookware does not damage the cooktop. The internal non-stick layer is truly non-stick. My favorite of all times is the red pan - it is so great for frying, it will not disappoint you! Okay, now about the things that could've been better: 1) I wish there was a wok or a deep pan in the set - it is really not complete without it. However, I bought myself one on a Macy's sale (torqouise coating), and I could not be any happier - it is also of a good quality and it matches the set so much you can't tell it was bought separately. 2) Glass lids for pans would be nice too. So far I use my one or a splatter protection screen. 3) Cooking utensils are just okay, nothing special. It would be much more interesting to have colored handles on them, for example. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase, and I will definitely update my review if my opinion changes.

pots and pans are good, utensils suck
By Tiffany Rivera on Reviewed in the United States on January 12, 2019
I love how colorful it is and and the size of the set. had to give up my old set in a garage sale when i moved cross country (my roommate had a nicer set anyway). But now I'm alone again so i need to get new housewares. I like the variety in this, and it all seems to be going good. I wish it were dishwasher safe(i hate washing dishes!), but it doesn't say it anywhere on the packaging so i'm not chancing it. I was scrubbing the bottom of a pan with steel wool to get all the built up residue(you know what I'm talking about) and when I turned it around the handle had come a little loose from all the scrubbing. Still workable, but annoying. None of the lids fit the biggest sauce pan, which sucks. And the utensils are super flimsy. None have broken but they bend a lot! So when I want to stir or pick up something really heavy, I always get a little scared. I need to get some new utensils from an actual store so I can test them out and replace these ones. Luckily I kept a couple wooden spoons and my trusted favorite spatula from my first place. They're what i do most of my cooking with. If you decide to buy this set, remember: try to buy only the pots cause the utensils are flimsy/bendy, it's not dishwasher safe, and there's no lid for the largest sauce pan. But the pots and pans overall are good.
