Great Company With A Great Sleep Machine

I bought this sleep machine on Amazon in 2017. I really liked the range of sounds and the futuristic styling of the device. I especially like the brook sound with the crickets added in. It always made me feel like I was a kid on a camping trip. I just loved it. Well, a couple weeks ago the sound machine just stopped working. The lights would blink on and then off and that was it. So, with the warranty long over I came back to Amazon and purchased the same brand in the larger SE model with more sounds. Of course, my brook sound with the crickets was there and that's the sound I settled on again. But I had my old sound machine which, if I could get working, I could save as a backup. So I reached out to the manufacturer and explained what my old 5 year old machine was doing hoping they might have a suggestion to get it working. To my surprise they replied that it was probably the SD card and they would send me a new one. Wow! I thought. This machine is long off warranty and yet that are sending me a new SD card? I got the SD card, installed it per the instructions they sent but still, the machine wouldn't power up. So, I replied to their email and let them know it didn't work and asked if they had any other suggestion or if I should just toss it in the trash. The response I got just blew me away. They said they were sending me a new replacement for my 5 YEAR OLD sound machine! Free of charge!! Can you believe it? That is customer service way beyond what anyone could hope for!

Unbelievable

Amazing what is actually sold these days. Bought this because we had a larger one of this brand that is awesome. But back to this one, don’t waste your money. I’m assuming people buy this to help them sleep or stay asleep, at least that’s why I bought it. After about a week of use, the unit just turns itself off during the night. I did some research, and there is a way to “reset” it by holding down a couple of buttons. Really, who wants to do that in the middle of the night? Once it’s reset, it will work for a bit, but it goes right back to shutting off. Might last a month, might last a couple of months, but it always goes back to shutting off . And guess what? When it shuts off, I wake up. One of the worst purchases I’ve made. It’s about to become target practice…
