Great dehydrator at a great price.

I have only used once so far but i'm very impressed. It functions perfectly and is super quiet, with very roomy trays. The customer service is amazing also, very friendly and helpful. A great bang for your buck. Works as well or better than the higher priced dehydrators. Already planning on buying another, so I can have one for fruits and veggies and one for meat.

You get what you pay for I guess

Take the advise of others and don't buy this product. I don't normally write bad reviews but I feel ripped off by this purchase. As others have stated my trays started breaking after only 2 uses of making jerky and I can't seem to find replacement trays. It probably would have been cheaper to buy jerky! If you going to spend the money you might as well spend a little extra and get a good one instead of wasting money on this. The machine itself seems to be good but without the trays that doesn't matter much.
