Moen Single Handle Replacement Cartridge

The product listing clearly says size: 2pack. What we received was only one. Also a sticker on the packaging says “Thanks to you, this product has a second life“. That seems like it is a refurbished product which was never mentioned in the product description. We probably should have assumed the false information given the excellent price. But if we’re going to the work to replace a cartridge, we want the best product possible. We will probably keep it for emergency backup if our local hardware store doesn’t have one in stock. But very disappointed with this order.
