Hand Crank Solar Hiking Flashlight

I purchased this "ThorFire LED Flashlight Solar Powered & Hand Cranking Rechargeable Flashlights Dynamo Carabiner Camping Outdoor Hiking Climbing Emergency Lights" for 13.99 and the similar-looking "Secur Dynamo 8 Lumen Solar Waterproof LED Rechargeable Flashlight" for 12.95. These appear to be the exact same flashlight, with different branding, though the Secur flashlight came in fancy "retail" packaging and the ThorFire light came in a plain brown box with just a sticker on it. Other than the name written on the casing and the color, the flashlights look exactly alike, down to the markings on the underside of the hand crank. The "info sheet" that came with them contains verbatim some of the same information, the exact same photos, etc. All the specs are exactly the same. The Secur info sheet has name/logos/etc. and the ThorFire sheet is more generic (ThorFire doesn't appear on the sheet at all). Both lights operate exactly the same way. The fact that they're the same but marketed as if they're different just bugs me. It is possible one "brand" comes from an inferior quality control batch (I know first-hand in some industries, the lower quality items are sold under a different MODEL name), but who knows. Both lights worked some right out of the box, but seemed weak. I cranked for just a few seconds and got a little more brightness. I will TRY to update the reviews after using them both a bit more.
