National Tree Company Pre-lit Mini Tree

We built this tree into an amazing Xmas display. This Majestic Fir model from National Tree Company is one of the best you can buy. Each branch is sturdy wire, plenty of realistic fir. It comes packed tight, so first bend down each and every branch, and comb out the "fir". The 35 included lights were not enough for us, so we added 150 colored mini cyrstal LED fairy lights. We added several mini ornament products all from Amazon. For details, enter their AISN number provided below in the Amazon search bar. We noticed hanging anything on this tree over 1.25" in size just looks way to big, and akward. The red cloth bag with its gold string that wraps the base of the tree really adds a touch of class. Our added LED fairy lights is what makes this deep green tree so amazing. This kit (AISN: B01N2BBI23) comes with a remote, and 4 light strings, each 16.5ft long, 50 lights on each string. We used 3 strings. The top 2/3rds of the tree was wrapped with one string, the bottom 1/3rd with another. We attached another string of lights to 15ft. of gold tinsel, then wrapped the tree with it. We positioned the first 4 lights on this this string next to each other, and inserted this bundle of 4 tiny lights into the hollow center of Star, then affixed the Star on top. The Star now lights up. We wrapped some green & silver tinsel around the very top of the tree, just under Star. This area didn't have any branches, looked a little naked, tinsel was an easy fix. We did not turn on the 35 lights that came on the tree. Instead, we use the remote control that comes with the LED fairy lighting kit. We built a 11"x11"x1.5" wood tray to hold the tree and the battery packs (see pics). We hid the lighting wires at the base of the tree by wrapping them in red tinsel. We also added two rows of red tinsel to the tree, one around the bottom, one towards the top. The AA batteries lasted 64 hours. Using the lighting timer, they stay on for 6 hours, then off for 18 hours, then back on again repeating this process for nearly 2 weeks.
