Warranty registration doesn't work!

Although I've yet to use it, the business phone # does not work. And as I went to register my bullet on-line for the annual warranty, it wouldn't t accept the letters and numbers that I'm typing into the box where the serial number belongs; it highlights indicating it's incorrect?! So, I'd be leery when purchasing this product. Otherwise, if you think it'll continue working well up to a year, then purchase.
