Well packaged. Arrived in good condition. Looks new. Included corded keyboard and mouse. Needed to upgrade OS (to Big Sur). Seems to function properly. Only issue is that can’t get “Hey Siri” voice activation to work. Can use Siri with keyboard command. Microphone and speakers work great so clearly an issue with the OS upgrade I did, no fault of seller. Would buy from this seller again. Update: 2014 model too old for “Hey, Siri.” Easy to work-a-round. Enable speech-to-text. Say command “Open Siri”. Will then follow other commands but you will have a microphone icon open on your desktop.

This computer is CRAP!

This computer is crap!! I had to restore it using recovery mode just to get it to start up and then it still wouldn’t let me log in using my Apple ID or anything else. This is a bummer, as I waited a long time just to receive it and really needed it for work! It was slow, wouldn’t update, and wouldn’t let me use iMessages or anything else because it would let me sign in with my Apple ID. I called for support and told me to wait for a response from the seller in the next couple of days! What?! He didn’t wait a couple of days to take my money!! Smh! Trash!! PS. Now I’m without a computer at work this much longer!! 🙄
