Bought these for my mother who is 5'4" and 120 lbs. Normally wears a medium so that's what I ordered for her and it fit fine. She has cancer and heart problems at age 81 so very cold all the time. She loves wearing sweats. Hanes has great prices on sweat cloths. Can't beat them on the quality for the money. Usually you also get a variety of colors to pick from too. This time around she just wanted grey.

the sizing was off. I usually take a med. in these, and they were way to big. Nice material though and warm.
