Review for: L-BDGPRO-WH (not 2nd generation) Originally a 5 star review until Lutron announced HomeKit support in their 2015-06-02 Lutron Caseta iOS app update. Integration with the Lutron app is very good and easy to use. Setup was very smooth, the app easily walked me through the steps. Works flawlessly with my Serena shades (I don't use their lights at this time). Also allows 3rd party integration (tested with Roomie Remote) which is a slightly more advanced set up, but also works flawlessly once configured. This is a huge plus since I prefer to automate all my devices from a single app for my personal use. The bridge still allows control from both apps when configured in this way. If you want system control now buy with confidence. Now the catch, all the HomeKit functionality is enabled in the app, but it hangs on "Discovering Smart Bridge..." for a few minutes until an error dialog appears stating that "In order to use Siri to control your lights you must upgrade your Smart Bridge to a newer model." Lutron claims that the new model number which supports HomeKit is L-BDGPRO2-WH (not available on Amazon as of this writing). It is unclear if Lutron is going to provide some upgrade path for the hardware (via a trade in program or something similar), but that would certainly be nice for their early adopters.
