The TheraBand CLX resistance band loops are my favorite new workout tool! There are endless options for working my arms, legs, shoulders, abs, etc., and the 7 progressive resistance levels allow me to keep challenging myself as I train. I definitely recommend downloading the TheraBand CLX app- it has given me so many workouts to try with this product. The latex-free material is a bonus too!

I purchased theraband clx loops in 2020 which are still functional. This did not last one use.
