Twin Block Pro Pain Relief Massager

I've had this for about a week now and all I can say is...WOW! My son, who also gets migraines, told me about this having heard about it from his girlfriend who also gets headaches. I went ahead, crossed my fingers and ordered it. I have severe degenerative arthritis in my shoulders and spine. I also get migraines. The day after this was delivered, I woke up with a migraine brewing and my 'normal' pain in my neck and shoulders--this chronic pain causes a lot of anxiety and tension in me and I knew it was going to be bad. I followed the directions and gave it a try. The key here is to be gentle and not overdo it.
